One Day Dance Camp
Saturday, February 16th
10:00 - 2:00 pm
New Bridges Church, 2102 8th Street, Lewiston
 (behind Fingerprints Children's Center)

Cost: $30 if registered by February 15th -  $35 for same day registration     Ages: 5 and up!  Dancers will be divided into groups based on their age. Drop off or mail registration to Footnotes, 342 Thain Road, Lewiston Idaho, 83501.

Come join the fun at the Footnotes Dance Team Day Camp! Dancers ages 5 and up are welcome to come learn some dance moves and techniques and then apply those skills at a performance that same day!

No previous dance experience is necessary and you don’t have to be a dancer from Footnotes to participate. Dancers must bring a sack lunch, water and snacks for lunch and break times. Dancers should wear something comfortable they can move and dance in (NOT JEANS). Dancers should wear sneakers or jazz shoes if they already have some. Please wear black pants/leggings, capri's, or shorts for the performance that night.  A fun t-shirt will be provided to each dancer for the performance.

1.    I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participants and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless Footnotes Dance & Fitness and Lewis Clark State College for any claim arising out of injury to myself or my child.
2.    I grant Footnotes Dance & Fitness permission to photograph myself and/or my child and use the photos in displays and promotional materials.
3.    I have signed this release voluntarily, with full understanding, under perjury, under the laws of the State of Idaho.
